Revised Antiblind
I got some heat about my last one, but I'm proposing another. I think this one could be more balanced. I realize that we dont "NEED" this skill. We dont "NEED" any more skills.
Skill Name: PiƱata
No attribute (Warrior skill)
Energy: 5, Cast time: 1, Recharge: 30 sec
Stance. IF blinded, for 10 seconds or until blind is removed, you ignore effects of blind and attack 25% faster, but your target has a 90% chance to evade attack.
Basically this skill would replace "miss" with "evade" and adds 25% attack speed IF you are blinded. This skill by itself would do little, but if you combine it with something like "Rigor Mortis" it could be useful. Also who knows what type of skills the new classes will have.
This skill is just designed as one of those skills that are there to counter specific builds, not something every warrior will be carrying around.
And to show I'm just not "anti-blind" or something, here is a skill suggestion for the new Assassin class.
Eye Gouge
Energy: 10, Recharge: 15 sec
Attack. If this attack hits, target enemy is blinded for 5...15 secs.
